I’m not sure what foods I’m sensitive to, but I know I have reactions to after eating. Can you help?
Absolutely. We can work with you to help identify trigger foods or those causing you discomfort or sensitivity. For a lot of our patients, food journaling can be very helpful as well as following an elimination diet.
What happens if I find out I can’t eat a certain food, can you help me replace it?
Yes! Our main goal is for you to feel your best, and that includes eating a diet rich in nutrients and one that is well balanced. If you can no longer eat a certain food, we will work to help you incorporate new and exciting ingredients back into your diet so that you are still enjoying the benefits of a varied diet.

Author, cook and registered dietician Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. Megan holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College.
