She is knowledgeable in the connection between the mind and body, and believes in the philosophy of food as medicine. She believes in an individualized and holistic approach to help you achieve your wellness goals and establish long term healthy lifestyle habits.

Ashley Gish is a Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Babson College.
Ashley takes a holistic approach to her nutrition counseling focusing on how mindfulness, movement, sleep patterns and social support impact our nutrition choices. Ashley believes in setting attainable and sustainable goals to achieve long-term success and enhance your quality of life without sacrificing taste and satisfaction.
Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who holds a Masters of Science in Business Management from Wake Forest University. After an initial career in marketing, she decided to pursue her passion of nutrition and helping others.
Chelsea’s main goal is to help clients achieve a healthy lifestyle by tailoring each session to his or her individual goals. Her nutrition advice is based on scientific evidence and plans are personalized to each client’s specific health objectives and preferences.
Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Nutrition from Cedar Crest College. After starting her nutrition career in acute care, she made the move to nutrition counseling with a specialization in bariatric surgery.
Rebecca is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training practitioner and has completed a CDR Certificate of Training in Obesity Intervention for Adults. She believes in using scientific evidence along with mindfulness techniques to help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Elizabeth is a Registered Dietitian who holds a Masters in Marketing from LIM College, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Queens College. After an initial career in advertising for pharmaceutical companies, she decided she wanted to be more on the preventative side of medicine by pursuing a career in nutrition.
Elizabeth takes an integrative and personalized approach to a healthy lifestyle, taking into account your individual daily routine, social life, food preferences, food intolerances, and relationship with food. Elizabeth loves traveling, cooking, pilates, and hiking in her free time.
Jenna completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Psychology and completed her masters degree at New York University in Clinical Nutrition. As someone who has personally struggled with weight management, Jenna understands how difficult it can be to have a healthy relationship with food. Her counseling focuses on working with clients who are looking to make general lifestyles changes, whether that be emotional, physical or diet related.
She specializes in a wide variety of nutrition related areas such as, heart health, pre and post-operative care, bariatric nutrition, gut health, cardiovascular disease, and IBS symptom management.
Madeleine is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and a bachelors in psychology from Georgetown University.
Madeleine takes a gentle and supportive approach to counseling. Using evidence-based nutrition science, she helps her clients set goals for making sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long term success.
