Author, cook and registered dietician Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. Megan holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College.

Anne Carroll is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in American Studies from Trinity College (CT).
She believes in the power of nutrition to improve your physical and mental health. She works with clients to meet their health goals through a highly individualized approach that yields sustainable results.
Stefanie Wiener, RD
Stefanie Wiener is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her dietetic internship at Northwell Health, holds a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and a double Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Maryland.
After a career in fashion, Stefanie realized her true passion was in nutrition and helping others. She believes in a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that is sustainable, realistic and individualized. Her goal is to empower you to reach your goals and support life-long changes.
During her free time, Stefanie enjoys exercising, practicing yoga and spending time with friends and family.
Elizabeth Lederman, RD
Liz Lederman is a Registered Dietitian based in Manhattan. She completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics at New York University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Santa Clara University.
Liz is a huge believer in treating food as medicine and forming sustainable, long term food habits in pursuit of feeling your best. She is also a huge advocate for finding healthy lifestyle changes that fit into your daily life and support your overall wellness.
Liz continues to learn everything she can about nutrition and is currently pursuing her masters in clinical nutrition at New York University.
Sherrie Shen, RD
Sherrie is a Registered Dietitian who holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from New York University. After an initial career in finance, life led her in a different direction.
Sherrie has a unique understanding of the relationship between food, science and spirituality. She is knowledgeable in the connection between the mind and body, and believes in the philosophy of food as medicine. She believes in an individualized and holistic approach to help you achieve your wellness goals and establish long term healthy lifestyle habits.
During her free time, you can find Sherrie working out, experimenting with new recipes, or traveling and spending time with her dog Loki!
